{"id":2492,"date":"2023-01-10T06:37:21","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T06:37:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/malvernvalleygc.miclub.com.au\/cms\/?page_id=2492"},"modified":"2023-06-01T23:24:28","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T23:24:28","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/malvernvalleygc.miclub.com.au\/cms\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Online Booking Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">MALVERN VALLEY GOLF COURSE DOES NOT REFUND ONLINE PAYMENTS UNLESS THE COURSE IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED BY THE COURSE SUPERINTENDANT.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; color: #ff0000;\">INCLEMENT WEATHER IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR CREDIT BEING GIVEN.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>CONFIRMATION <\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Successful online bookings will receive an automatic confirmation via email.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>No further confirmation is required.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">The internet booking system is directly linked to the reservation software, and the customer will only be contacted if a Malvern Valley Golf Course staff member has a query regarding your booking. If a confirmation email is not received, the customer must check that the email entered is correct. Queries, questions or problems with the Malvern Valley Golf Course Booking System please telephone <a href=\"tel:(03) 9568 4433\">(03) 9568 4433<\/a>. The customer is required as proof of booking to provide the reference number or the credit card used to secure the booking at the time of registration to the reservations staff.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Malvern Valley Golf Course reserves the right to alter tee times without notice due to circumstances outside of Malvern Valley Golf Course\u2019s control. (E.g. lightning, slow play, course renovations).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>TEE TIME MODIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Bookings cannot be modified online. Modifications to tee times can be made by calling Golf Reservations on confirmation email. No guarantee can be given for the requested date\/time.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Should the customer wish to modify or change their booking to an alternative time or date, contact must be made with Malvern Valley Golf Course 48hrs before the reserved tee time, the customer must speak to the Golf Operations Manager will confirm availability of the new tee time date and time and when modifications cannot be processed immediately a credit note will be issued.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Should the customer not be able to confirm a re-scheduled tee time, a \u2018credit note\u2019 will be provided. To redeem the \u2018credit\u2019 the customer is required to reschedule the tee times at a mutually agreed time. Credit notes are issued for <strong>TEE TIMES ONLY<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Malvern Valley Golf Course reserves the right to refuse a \u2018credit note\u2019 should the customer not provide 48 hours\u2019 notice to a staff member of Malvern Valley Golf Course.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Should a player of a prepaid group tee time become unable to play, golf reservations must be advised within 48 hours, should 48 hours not be provided, Malvern Valley Golf Course reserves the right to refuse credit note for this non played tee time.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">You must check in at Golf reservations a minimum of 15-20 minutes before your tee time is due to start, should you not arrive and register with Golf Reservations you may risk the cancellation of your tee time, in this event a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">credit note will not be given<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Balance credit note must be used in full before credit note expiry date, partial credits will not be re-issued.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">In exceptional circumstances the Golf Operations Manager or delegated proxy may issue refunds. Refunds will only be paid towards the credit card used to secure the booking. In the event of a refund the credit card details must be supplied with the corresponding security pin number.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">After the confirmation of credit card details, refunds will be issued within 7 working days.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Malvern Valley Golf Course reserves the right to remove customers from the course if the rules of Malvern Valley Golf Course have not been adhered to. These rules are consistent with the etiquette outlined by the R&amp;A in the rules of golf and are monitored by golf operations staff.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">All patrons utilising the Malvern Valley Golf Course do so under the instruction of the golf operations staff. Failure to adhere to instructions may result in removal from the golf course.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">No refunds will be given in the event that the customer is removed from the course.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">In the event that bookings are made in multiples and a player does not show, no refund will be given for the \u201cno show\u201d player. In the event that a player is unavailable to play for a pre-booked tee time reservation 48hrs <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"tel:(03) 9568 4433\">(03) 9568 4433<\/a>\u00a0or sending a detailed email to <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"mailto:mvgammongolf@gmail.com\">mvgammongolf@gmail.com<\/a> together with a copy of the original Golf Operations Manager or delegated proxy on <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"tel:(03) 9568 4433\">(03) 9568 4433<\/a> or email <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"mailto:mvgammongolf@gmail.com\">mvgammongolf@gmail.com<\/a>. The notice must be given to an authorised representative of Malvern Valley Golf Course and a credit note for the tee time will be issued.
